A four-person J.P. Morgan Private Bank team in Denver has resigned to join Cresset Asset Management, according to a source with knowledge of the move.

The team will officially join the Chicago-based registered investment advisory firm after garden leaves as required under their former firm’s employment agreements, a Cresset spokesman confirmed. He declined to confirm figures for the team’s assets under management or annual revenue.
