GLASTONBURY — An electrician from California has surrendered to local police in an email scam that cost a Glastonbury-based real estate management company $25,000 last October.

Anthony G. Ernst, 32, of Riverside is facing felony counts of first-degree larceny and second-degree money laundering in the scheme, records show. He surrendered to police last week and was released on $100,000 bond for a June 2 appearance in Manchester Superior Court.
